Only one player with any sort of Big Country connection has been named to the University Interscholastic League's All-Century Volleyball Team.
Fans cast more than 14,000 votes.
On the third team is Tamika Catching, the Duncanville standout athlete who went on to star at Tennessee and plays in the WNBA.
She is the daughter of former Hardin-Simmons basketball player Harvey Catchings, who played 11 seasons in the NBA and in one championship series.

Senior forward Jacinta Monroe was named a candidate for the Naismith Trophy as announced by the Atlanta Tipoff Club on Wednesday.
Monroe leads the Seminoles through two games with 12.5 points and 9.0 rebounds per game.
The watch list was compiled by the Atlanta Tipoff Club's Board of Selectors, which based its criteria on player performances from the previous year and expectations for the 2009-10 college basketball season.

The players, still frustrated with their Game 5 loss in Phoenix, were greeted by a couple-hundred Fever fanatics upon the return to Indianapolis International Airport.
"I don't know if there are any better fans at any franchise in America," commented Fever coach Lin Dunn. "We're grateful to have these kind of fans and hopefully next year we can come back with a trophy."
The veteran coach mentioned 2010 before the question was asked about the teams' long-term future in Indianapolis.
